We're currently looking for a Business Development Representative to join the Sales team in our Madrid office.
The role
The Business Development Representative Intern will be providing support in converting leads into qualified opportunities for the sales team.
The Business Development Representative will:
- Support the omnichannel outbound prospecting (through the use of Outreach and Salesforce): most of our prospects tend to answer their phone!
- Treat inbound leads coming from marketing campaigns
- Book meetings with prospects and plan the first demo for the Sales team using our tools (Outreach, Gong, Salesforce, Gmail...)
- Convert leads into qualified opportunities for the sales team using our sales method
- Liaising with the other team members
- Supporting the Account Executives with daily operational tasks
Our ideal Business Development Representative Intern will have a passion for Tech or Automotive industries, and a keen desire to establish a career in Sales. As well as:
- Native Spanish level and fluent in English
- Bachelor's Degree or in Business or Marketing, National or International Trade (or any similar field)
- Willingness to speak to different people, via cold reach out.
- Teamplayer attitude
- Outstanding communication skills
- Eagerness to start a career in Sales
