At Nova Talent, we are colaborating with one of our clients, PropHero, searching for a People & Culture Intern, to join their team at their Madrid HQ, to help the team grow even faster.

Main responsibilities:
Administrative HR Tasks:
- Assist in the creation and management of employment contracts.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR matters.
- Ensure compliance with their internal policies.
Office Management:
- Oversee general office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
- Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with service providers.
- Assist in organizing company events, training and team activities.
- Ensure a well-organized and efficient office environment as well as being close and supportive with the team.
- Office equipment & merchandising order and inventory management.
- Proactively propose initiatives for the team and the office to enhance team engagement and experience.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in an internship in an HR environment, is a plus.
- Education: 3rd/ 4th year HR / ADE Student-Mandatory.
- General Skills: Detail-Oriented, Proactive, Autonomous, People-oriented.
- Tools: HRIS knowledge preferred.
- Advanced English, as all their teams are distributed globally and they use English for all internal communications.
- Detail-oriented and collaboration skills!

About the Role
As an M&A Analyst, you will be a core member of the deals team from day one. You'll gain unparalleled exposure to the full transaction lifecycle, working side-by-side with associates and partners to deliver exceptional results for our clients. What You'll Do
- Drive Deal Execution: Play a critical role in the origination and execution of live M&A transactions, from initial analysis to closing.
- Develop High-Impact Materials: Create and manage key transaction documents, including pitch books, financial presentations, and information memorandums.
- Build Complex Financial Models: Take ownership of building and managing sophisticated financial models for business valuation, LBOs, and other complex analyses.
- Conduct In-Depth Analysis: Perform exhaustive market research, competitor analysis, and identification of potential investment opportunities for clients.
- Support Senior Team: Collaborate directly with Associates and Partners, providing analytical support and contributing to the strategic direction of ongoing transactions.
What You'll Need
- An outstanding academic record in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 0 to 1 year of relevant full-time experience in M&A, Private Equity, or Transaction Services
- A highly analytical mindset with impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to delivering flawless work.
