Who You Will Work With
We are building the Turkish team at Porsche's Customer Relations Hub (CRH) in Barcelona together with you. At the CRH created something new and innovative to inspire the customer experience of the Porsche brand. You may think of it as a call center – but way better! You are an essential part of Porsches customer success, so you might as well call yourself a Porsche Ambassador.
What Are We Looking For
Do you “speak” Porsche? Because we are looking for passionate Customer Experts who seek to revolutionise Porsche's customer service. Your mission will be to provide excellent customer support by delivering clear, accurate information and ensuring every customer has a smooth and positive experience.
What You Will Do
- Representing our products and services
- Being the first point of contact for our customers
- Supporting the development of the Customer Relations Hub by introducing your ideas
- Using your communication skills to help customers with a wide variety of issues
- Assuring the customers have a positive experience that fits our quality standards
- Native level of Turkish with a proficient level of English
- Previous experience in luxury Customer Service or the Hotel industry
- Experience working in the automotive industry is a plus
- Having excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Being able to quickly understand customers needs and dealing with their emotions
- Competitive salary: €26.000 of base salary and €2.000 of benefits
- Working in a fast-paced and highly changeable environment
- Being part of the creation of the Customer Relations Hub of one of the world´s leading luxury automotive brands
- Working in an inclusive, diverse, and international team
- Possibility to partially work from home after the initial training months
- Starting date: June 3rd, 2026
