About us:

ROADIS is 100% owned by the Public Sector Pension Investment Board ("PSPIB"), one of Canada's largest pension investment managers, with CAD 264.9B in net assets under management as of March 31, 2024.
At ROADIS, we are looking for a new teammate to join our Control & Administration department. This role will be responsible for overseeing, analyzing, and ensuring the sound financial management of the company, with a particular focus on large-scale infrastructure projects. The role’s main objective is to safeguard profitability, efficiency, and compliance, while providing strategic financial insights to senior management to support decision-making.
Key responsabilities:
- Lead the preparation and supervision of the annual budget, forecasts, and business plans.
- Analyze the profitability and performance of infrastructure projects (CAPEX/OPEX, cash flow, variance analysis).
- Implement and improve internal control systems and financial reporting procedures.
- Oversee monthly and annual financial closing in coordination with the accounting team.
- Prepare management reports and financial KPIs for the executive team and board of directors.
- Monitor cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements, liaising with auditors and external advisors.
- Drive cost optimization and process efficiency across financial operations and project execution.
- Provide financial support in tenders, concessions, and infrastructure contracts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities across technical and executive teams.
- Proactive approach to improving financial processes and controls.
- Strategic vision combined with attention to detail.
- Ability to perform effectively in demanding, fast-paced, and multicultural environments.
- Education: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar. Master’s in Finance or MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Around 5 years in controlling, audit, or financial management roles, preferably in infrastructure, construction, energy, or concession sectors.
- Accounting & Tax Knowledge: Solid knowledge of financial and management accounting principles and relevant tax matters.
- Financial analysis: Strong modelling and variance analysis skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Risk management & financial planning familiarity.
- Knowledge: Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Navision, etc.)
- Languages: Fluent English required (additional languages are an advantage).
