We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, strong computer abilities, a high level of attention to detail and the ability to multitask. This role requires skills with managing guest relationships and delivering high standards of communication; both written and spoken.
What you will do

• This role has a strong focus on administration to ensure a smooth experience for our guests.
• Being the central communication centre for the hotel.
• Collating guest accounts, balancing daily audits, answering telephones and general guest correspondence.
• Day to day tasks associated with room reservations ensuring exceptional experiences for our discerning guests.
• Assisting guests with activities.
• Administration tasks to ensure the smooth running of the front office department and hotel.
  

• Some previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury hospitality sector.
• The ability to multi-task, prioritize and organise.
• A high level of attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
• Knowledge and experience OPERA Cloud (or similar) would be an advantage, but not essential.
• High energy levels, attention to detail and exceptional communication skills are critical to your success.

Responsabilidades:

• Recibir a los clientes.
• Proporcionar un servicio excepcional, en persona, por correo electrónico y por teléfono.
• Sentar a los clientes y controlar el flujo de clientes en el establecimiento.
• Responder a las preguntas de los clientes.
• Proporcionar apoyo analítico y herramientas de toma de decisiones al equipo de liderazgo.
  

Perfil:

• Capacidad excepcional de atención al cliente.
• Dominio de castellano e inglés.
• Gran atención al detalle.
