Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Stock Controller role based in Madrid. The Stock Controller will be responsible for overseeing stock operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, coordinating stock levels efficiently, and maintaining the overall organization of stockrooms. Daily tasks will include stock management, monitoring inventory discrepancies, and supporting store teams with stock-related needs to optimize store efficiency and service quality. The role demands precision, coordination, and effective communication with various teams to maintain the brand’s operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Stock Control, Stock Management, and Inventory Control
- Strong Analytical Skills to monitor inventory levels and resolve discrepancies
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
- Familiarity with stock management software and technology is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish and a good command of English
- Previous experience in luxury retail or similar industries is desirable
