We are looking for a passionate and versatile HR Generalist to join our team and play a key role in driving our people strategy. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure across all HR areas, contribute to impactful initiatives, and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
You will work closely with different stakeholders across the business, supporting the full HR lifecycle and taking part in strategic projects that directly influence employee experience and organizational success.
What will you do?
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate experience.
- Contribute to employee engagement and employee experience initiatives that make a real impact.
- Collaborate on training and development programs to foster continuous growth.
- Support HR data analysis (KPIs, reports, talent metrics) to drive informed decision-making.
- Assist in compensation and benefits processes.
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects and initiatives.
- Adapt to evolving business needs and priorities throughout the annual HR cycle.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in a generalist HR role (nice to have).
- Advanced level of English (required) – ability to confidently participate in weekly meetings with international teams.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience or familiarity with AI tools and digital HR solutions.
- Proactive, well-organized, and collaborative mindset.
- Strong analytical skills and a results-driven approach.
