About Clickedu
Clickedu is a Sanoma company that offers school management systems and digital learning environments for K12 (primary and secondary education) and vocational training schools. The Clickedu software platform provides tools for academic, administrative, and financial management, a virtual learning environment integrated with digital books and free content, teacher and staff management solutions, quality assurance systems, and a communication platform for families. Currently, Clickedu serves approximately 700 educational institutions and reaches over 1.5 million users in Spain and Andorra.
Purpose Of The Role
The Sales Representative will be responsible for the contracting of new schools as Clickedu client in the Madrid region.. This role is crucial in driving business growth by focusing on key performance indicators and achieving the team’s sales volume targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Identification and Prospecting: Identify and attract potential clients within the assigned area using diverse outreach strategies.
- Product Presentation: Generate interest in Clickedu’s products, arrange detailed product and services presentations, and ensure persuasive and effective communication.
- Sales Management Manage sales funnel, progressing from the initial stage of lead generation to the definition and presentation of the commercial proposal plus its subsequent negotiation to obtain a maximum contracting of new Clickedu clients.
- Reporting Progress: Regularly report progress and results to the Commercial Director and sales team, providing periodic updates and participating in review meetings.
- Competitive Analysis: Create comparative tables of market products, offering detailed insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Sales Strategy Development: Assist in creating and implementing innovative sales strategies to achieve commercial objectives.
- Budget Preparation: Draft precise and detailed budgets for clients, ensuring clarity and accuracy in the information provided.
- Event Participation: Represent Clickedu at trade fairs, conferences, and industry events to promote the brand and build strategic relationships.
- Business Development: Manage commercial growth in the assigned area by implementing specific action plans to meet activity and sales volume objectives.
- Relationship Management: Develop strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Monitoring: Stay updated on market trends and competitors, providing relevant feedback to adjust sales strategies as needed.
- Product Improvement Proposals: Suggest enhancements based on customer needs identified during sales activities to contribute to continuous product and service development.
- Educational Background:
- Minimum: High school diploma.
- Preferred: University degree in Pedagogy, , Marketing, or related fields.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Experience and proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- In-depth understanding of the education market, including current trends and challenges. Candidates from the EdTech sector or competitors will be highly valued.
- Professional Experience:
- Proven experience in the education sector, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective strategies.
- Advanced knowledge of sales follow-up techniques, including tools and strategies to foster client loyalty and long-term relationships.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Intermediate level of English with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional setting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team, with a results-driven mindset.

About The Team And Product
This position reports directly to the domain UX Team Leader and is part of the Digital Products organization. Team members are based in Finland, Norway, Sweden, Poland, Spain, Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
Our UX squads support multiple product branches—including primary education, secondary education, and core products. You will work with multidisciplinary, agile SCRUM teams responsible for developing one of our products. Additionally, you will collaborate with product and user research teams to understand the business, technical, and user requirements.
At this time, we’re seeking support for Clickedu, one of the leading School Management System providers in the Spanish market.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Work together with the user research team to understand our users and validate your designs.
- Facilitate workshops and ideation sessions to identify problems, explore challenges, and stimulate co-creation.
- Define user flows and wireframes based on business requirements and user needs.
- Develop and maintain the product’s information architecture in collaboration with the product team (analysts and/or architects).
- Design and prototype high-fidelity user interfaces in line with responsive web design (RWD) principles.
- Ensure the correct implementation of Sanoma Learning Design System components and guidelines.
- Guarantee that digital accessibility (ADA and WCAG standards), digital equity, and access guidelines are met.
- Communicate designs—both verbally and visually—to stakeholders and team members, and proactively address feedback.
- Work closely with developers to ensure your designs are implemented accurately.
- Collaborate with another designer to ensure alignment on design vision and execution.
- Document your designs thoroughly and contribute to the Sanoma Learning Design System.
- Share your knowledge and educate colleagues about UX design across the organization and within your team.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proactive and autonomous individual (we don’t micro-manage)
- Experience working in Figma
- Good understanding of various UX tools and methods
- Strong UI skills
- Experience with design systems or component libraries
