THE ROLE
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Campaigns Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of global integrated marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborates cross-functionally, and uses data-driven insights to drive impactful marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

¿Cuál será tu misión?
El hotel NH Collection Santiago de Compostela busca un Recepcionista temporal (baja) para que se una al equipo.
¿Qué tendrás que hacer?- Recibir y completar el proceso de check-in de todos los huéspedes y grupos que lleguen de forma puntual y profesional, así como completar el proceso de check-out de los huéspedes y grupos que se marchen.
- Gestionar la asignación de habitaciones en función de las características de los huéspedes (VIP, tradicionales, nuevos clientes, etc.) con el departamento correspondiente.
- Gestionar si es necesario, y asegurarse de mantener a la recepción y al equipo directivo plenamente informados de las peticiones, consultas, quejas y/o sugerencias de los huéspedes, tanto de los huéspedes como de otros departamentos.
- Conocer todos los productos y servicios del hotel, tarifas, promociones disponibles y paquetes de descuento, así como los eventos especiales y VIP diarios.
- Conocer y comunicar los servicios disponibles en el hotel (tales como reservas en restaurantes) e información general sobre seguridad.
- Maximizar la ocupación de habitaciones con las mejores tarifas (esto incluye cerrar ventas y extranets si es necesario).
- Utilizar técnicas de up-selling (promocionar el programa de fidelización de la empresa y Rewards, otros destinos, comidas y bebidas, transporte e instalaciones del hotel).
- Gestionar las reservas de habitaciones de los huéspedes.
- Proporcionar información a los huéspedes sobre la propiedad y los alrededores (museos, monumentos), incluidos eventos especiales, lugares de interés, restaurantes, actividades, etc. en la ciudad.
¿Qué buscamos?
- Experiencia previa en el departamento de Front Office, preferiblemente en un hotel de tamaño y complejidad similares.
- Licenciatura o diplomatura en Dirección Hotelera o equivalente.
- Imprescindible dominio del idioma local y nivel alto de inglés.

THE ROLE
The Manager – Global Revenue Analytics role reports into Global Revenue Operations Lead. This role will lead a team of regional & global analysts to deliver operational analytics and reporting for the CRO organization. The revenue analytics team is expected to provide analytical & technical reporting capability, actionable insights & storytelling, leading indicator & predictive reporting, cross-functional collaboration & execution, and stakeholder communication.
OPPORTUNITIES
- Y ou will lead and establish a world-class team of analysts with a service-oriented leadership style.
- You will be a collaborative member of the global revenue operations team and accountable for the CRO organization analytics & reporting function.
- You will act as an individual contributor on strategic reporting with comfort delivering off-cycle reporting for CRO & Revenue Operations leadership.
- You will establish reporting best practice and standards to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent reporting and measurement of sales metrics. Metrics include pipeline creation & management, sales activities, forecasting, coverage, and sales productivity & attainment, among others.
- You will effectively communicate actionable and insightful information & recommendations to global & regional stakeholders and business partners (“tell a story” with the data).
- You will utilize analytics & AI capabilities to identify leading indicators of risk or opportunity against sales & pipeline goals.
- You will enable the revenue analytics team to support global & regional short-term, mid-term, and long-term revenue cadences by creating & maintaining dashboards and reporting tailored to all distinct revenue cadence moment.
- You will develop a comprehensive understanding of the global business strategy and data structure, as well as connected people, processes, and systems, to be able to deliver ad-hoc reporting needs.
- You will serve as a global expert of key performance indicator trends, actuals, and benchmarks through data analysis and conversing with business partners. Use this information to guide regional analyst direction & priorities, as well as encourage internal stakeholders to improve against benchmarks.
- You will partner with team members of the data foundation, finance, FP&A, and IT teams.
- You will serve both direct and indirect business partners with commitment, care, collaboration, and challenging the status-quo.
- Y ou should have excellent leadership capabilities, with experience in building and developing high-performing teams through a defined leadership philosophy.
- You should have clear communication and excellent interpersonal skills (both written and verbal) with a willingness to serve stakeholders and your direct reports.
- You should have strong prioritization and project management skills leveraged to effectively manage limited resources within the team to focus on highest impact projects while meeting recurring objectives.

- You should have proficiency in Salesforce.com, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint, and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- You should have experience with revenue intelligence & sales engagement platforms, such as Clari and Groove.
- You should be comfort & familiarity with learning and leveraging AI capabilities in the revenue space.
- You should have experience in a revenue operations or business analytics reporting or data analysis role.
- You should have experience directly managing a team.
- You should have a bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
