Your role

Interested in working in finance, specifically asset management (real estate), but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Asset Management Real Estate business.

You’ll get to

• build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy
• support teams who provide private, institutional, and corporate clients with financial advice and solutions
• learn about all major traditional and alternative asset classes within real estate
  
  

Your team

You’ll work in Asset Management, helping to manage large-scale assets with well-diversified businesses across regions, capabilities and distribution channels. You’ll be part of a team that works with one of the largest hedge funds and real estate investment managers in the world, one of the leading fund houses in Europe, and the largest mutual fund manager in Switzerland.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who

• Final year of their degree, or recently graduated (no more than six months from the start of the internship)
• has or is on track for a 2.1 (UK grading system) or equivalent in their first undergraduate degree
• has values that align with ours hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

Sobre el Rol

Como Ejecutivo Comercial Senior serás la pieza clave para impulsar el crecimiento comercial en nuestros territorios. Tu objetivo será identificar y conectar con los restaurantes más importantes, gestionar negociaciones estratégicas y establecer relaciones duraderas con socios clave, promoviendo el éxito conjunto de Uber Eats.

Estamos en la búsqueda de un profesional dinámico, que pueda actuar con rapidez, conozca los restaurantes más destacados y sea un apasionado de la gastronomía. Desempeñarás un papel crucial en la expansión de Uber Eats dentro del competitivo mercado español.

Lo Que Harás

• Comunicarás de manera clara y atractiva los servicios de Uber Eats a los dueños de restaurantes más importantes, destacando nuestros valores, productos e iniciativas para que se unan a nosotros.
• Dirigirás todo el ciclo de ventas, desde la prospección inicial, demostraciones de producto, negociaciones, cierre de acuerdos y acompañarás a los restaurantes en su incorporación para garantizar su éxito en el primer mes en la plataforma de Uber Eats.
• Cerrarás acuerdos comerciales estratégicos y complejos, asegurando asociaciones con restaurantes de alto potencial, y supervisarás su proceso de integración hasta el primer pedido en la app.
• Mantendrás registros detallados de tus actividades, interacciones con clientes y avances en los acuerdos en nuestros sistemas CRM.
  
  

Lo Que Necesitarás

• Al menos 6 años de experiencia profesional en un rol de ventas
• Habilidades de negociación: Ser persuasivo, social y capaz de proponer soluciones completas para diferentes tipos de clientes.
• Dominio comercial: Capacidad para detectar oportunidades de negocio y convertirlas en resultados tangibles, manteniendo relaciones duraderas con los clientes.
• Mentalidad analítica: Capacidad analítica para gestionar y resolver negociaciones complejas con enfoque estratégico y orientado a resultados.
• Seniority: Ser autónomo para tomar decisiones comerciales, orientado a resultados, proactivo y con gran motivación para alcanzar tus metas
• Espíritu de equipo: Disfrutas de trabajar en un entorno ágil y colaborativo. Ser un compañero que aporta energía positiva y contribuye a una gran cultura.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y un alto nivel de compromiso.
• Conocimiento de la industria de bienes de consumo de rápida rotación (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) y/o de alimentos y bebidas. La experiencia en el canal On-Trade es un plus.
• Nivel nativo de español e inglés intermedio.
• Disposición para viajar por España dos veces al mes.

Proceso de selección y contratación.

Con las solicitudes recibidas se seguirá el siguiente proceso de selección:

✔ Estudio y selección inicial por parte del Director Titular con el Director de Centro y elaboración de la primera selección de candidatos.

✔ Intervención de la Comisión Técnica de Selección y decisión del Titular junto con el Director de Centro.

✔ Publicación del candidato seleccionado.

Plazo de recepción de currículums hasta el 31 de diciembre.

Requisitos:

Buscamos una persona con la titulación necesaria para impartir las materias de: Inglés y Francés en Secundaria..

• Licenciatura Universitaria / Grado Universitario: Filología Inglesa, Traducción e interpretación...
• Capacitación pedagógica (CAP / MAES).
  
  

Identidad y compromiso con el proyecto institucional, gestión emocional, responsabilidad, competencias profesionales pedagógicas.

Otra documentación necesaria (según el caso):

• Disponer de tarjeta de desempleo
• Certificado de estudios universitarios donde consten los créditos de cada asignatura
• Atribución docente para impartir Ingles y francés.
