As Legal Counsel at Ultralytics, you will be responsible for navigating the complex legal landscapes of various countries, ensuring compliance and protecting our interests. Your expertise will be crucial in reviewing contracts, handling USPTO trademarks, and managing legal matters for our Spanish subsidiary.

- Oversee all legal aspects of Ultralytics, including contract review, software licensing agreements, and trademark management.
- Provide expert guidance on U.S. law and international legal matters, tailoring advice to the needs of a diverse, global clientele.
- Manage legal processes for our Spanish subsidiary, including registrations and compliance with local laws.
- Handle employee contracts, ensuring adherence to legal standards and best practices.
- Liaise with external counsel in the US and Europe as needed to ensure comprehensive legal coverage in various jurisdictions.
