We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator (Baby & Family Care) – a social-first creative who loves making and managing content that feels native to TikTok, Instagram and beyond.

This role is about bringing ideas to life quickly and authentically: from baby care the latest trends and turning them into simple, lo-fi pieces of content, to engaging directly with communities in a way that feels fresh, fun and true to the brand.

What You’ll Do

• Create and edit social-first content (short-form video, reels, posts) using tools like CapCut, Canva and native TikTok/IG features.
• Stay on top of cultural and platform trends to turn them into quick, relevant content ideas.
• Manage day-to-day community interactions: respond, engage and find opportunities to build brand love.
• Collaborate with the wider team (strategy, design, creative) to make sure all content is aligned and impactful.
• Keep an eye on performance and community feedback to help optimize future content.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience creating content for social platforms and/or managing communities.

Familiar with the Baby and Family Care industry.

• A natural feel for TikTok and Instagram culture – you know what works, what doesn’t, and why.
• Advanced English (spoken and written) to work with global teams and content.
• Confident using creative tools (CapCut, Canva, IG/TikTok native editors).
• A proactive, creative mindset, comfortable with fast turnarounds and lo-fi creation.
  
  

Nice to have

• Experience in an agency environment.
• Familiarity with other platforms like YouTube, X or LinkedIn.
• Basic knowledge of analytics to understand what resonates with communities.

Responsabilidades

• Gestión y publicación de contenidos en plataformas digitales y entornos web.
• Subida y maquetación de contenidos en los principales CMS del mercado (Drupal, WordPress u otros), utilizando bloques y estructuras predefinidas.
• Programación y planificación editorial de contenidos en redes sociales.
• Apoyo en la gestión de calendarios de contenido y coordinación con equipos de social media y cuentas.
• Gestión y actualización de plataformas de contenido para eventos digitales y streamings (por ejemplo, SpotMe u otras herramientas similares).
• Asegurar la correcta implementación de contenidos siguiendo guías de marca, estándares de calidad y requisitos del sector healthcare.
• Colaboración con equipos multidisciplinares (contenido, tecnología, diseño y cuentas).
  
  

Requisitos

• Formación en Comunicación, Marketing Digital, Publicidad o similar.
• Experiencia junior (prácticas o 1–2 años) en roles de Content Manager, Content Editor o Digital Content.
• Conocimientos prácticos en CMS como Drupal, WordPress u otras plataformas similares.
• Experiencia en subida y gestión de contenidos a partir de estructuras y bloques predefinidos.
• Conocimientos básicos de planificación y programación de contenidos en redes sociales.
• Experiencia o interés en la gestión de plataformas de contenido para eventos digitales y/o streamings (SpotMe u otras).
• Perfil organizado, metódico y con atención al detalle
