About Workwide

Workwide is where international careers begin. From our office in Málaga, we connect professionals with new, career-defining opportunities across the world.

Our sales team partners with global brands across Europe, helping companies find top talent while giving ambitious professionals the chance to build international careers.

About the Position

Are you ambitious, energetic, and eager to build a career in international B2B sales?

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team in Málaga. This is a dedicated SDR role: for your first months, your focus will be 100% on lead generation and outbound prospecting - building pipeline, starting conversations, and qualifying opportunities.

Once you've mastered this and consistently delivered results, there is a clear path to progress into an Account Executive role, taking on follow-up meetings, offer negotiations, stakeholder management, and full deal ownership. You will work closely with senior sales colleagues, gaining hands-on experience and structured coaching to prepare you for that next step.

What You Will Be Doing

• Identify potential clients and lead outbound outreach efforts.
• Use phone (we take a "call-first" approach), email, and LinkedIn to start conversations and book intro meetings.
• Qualify leads and build a strong, well-managed pipeline.
• Keep CRM up to date and support smooth sales operations.
• Contribute ideas to sales strategies, pitches, and process improvements.
• As you progress: join discovery and follow-up meetings, help prepare offers, presentations, agreements, and order confirmations, and support ongoing client relationships.

What We Are Looking For

• Energetic and proactive, confident on the phone, and resilient to rejection.
• Highly organised, with a genuine eagerness to grow into a closing role.
• Comfortable with computers and quick to pick up new tools (e.g. Zoho, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, communication platforms).
• A real curiosity about outbound B2B sales, pipeline building, and stakeholder mapping.
• Fluent English plus C2 German.
• Commercial background, initial experience in sales or as SDR
• Nice to have: experience in recruitment and international work environments.

What’s in It for You?

• Competitive base salary plus uncapped performance-based commission
• Increasing ownership of your own accounts as you gain experience.
• Relocation package including flight, moving costs, airport pickup, and tax administration support.
• Hybrid working (1 day per week) & Workation programme (up to 1 month per year) after probation.
• International team in our sunny Málaga office.
• Structured onboarding, mentorship, and genuine opportunities for career development.

Starting Date: January 2027
