About The Role

10x Team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next-generation models. We are looking for knowledgeable employer branding strategists based in the EU or UK to enhance the accuracy, depth, and real-world relevance of AI-powered employer branding and talent attraction systems.

What You Will Do

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to employer branding, EVP (employer value proposition), candidate experience, and practical aspects of employer branding work
• Evaluate AI responses for employer brand alignment, clarity, and compliance with real-world expectations
• Draft realistic employer branding scenarios based on your direct professional experience
• Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. employer branding strategist, recruiter, candidate, or business leader)
• Identify gaps, weaknesses, or inconsistencies in AI-generated employer branding content
  
  

In simple terms: You will assess and improve AI-generated content, ensuring it reflects authentic employer brand reasoning, talent strategies, and practical employer branding processes. Rather than conducting traditional branding work, you’ll apply your expertise to help AI systems understand and reason about employer branding at scale.

Who You Are

• A senior-level employer branding specialist or strategist with significant professional experience within the EU or UK
• Experienced in advising on, developing, and executing employer branding strategies, messages, and campaigns
• Skilled at evaluating content for brand consistency, messaging clarity, and compliance
• Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback
• Available for 8–20 hours per week, with prompt availability
