Overview:

Join our exceptional team as a Bar Manager and play a key role in creating unforgettable beverage and social experiences for our guests. As our Bar Manager, you will oversee bar operations, curate an innovative drink menu, provide personalized recommendations, collaborate closely with the restaurant and service teams, and contribute to the vibrant and sophisticated atmosphere that makes Aethos truly unique.

Responsabilities

• Lead and manage all bar operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and service standards
• Develop and maintain an innovative beverage program, including cocktails, wines, and premium spirits
• Supervise, train, and motivate the bar team, fostering a positive and high-performance culture
• Ensure consistency in quality, presentation, and service across all beverages
• Oversee inventory control, ordering, stock rotation, and cost management to minimize waste and maximize profitability
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in line with legal and company requirements
• Monitor financial performance, including cash handling, sales reporting, and achieving revenue targets
• Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively resolve service issues
• Collaborate closely with restaurant and management teams to align the bar experience with the Aethos brand vision
• Stay up to date with industry trends and introduce seasonal menus and creative concepts
  
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a supervisory role within a high-end or lifestyle hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge of mixology, premium spirits, wines, and current beverage trends
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Ability to deliver outstanding guest service in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
• Experience in inventory management, cost control, and ordering procedures
• Solid understanding of health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Ability to handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues effectively
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
