MAIN DUTIES

The HR Controlling Intern Will Apply And Complement Him/her Theoretical Knowledge, Develop Job Competencies, And Gain Practical Experience Through Participation, Collaboration And Support In The Following Functions And Tasks

• Control and analysis of all data related to HR: costs, employees’ HC, FTE, etc… ensuring a strong follow up and analysis of deviations.
• Update and maintain the HR dashboard, monitoring HR statistics and KPI’s by brand and consolidating LVMH P&C figures.
• justify;">HR Group reportings data updating and follow-up strictly meeting the deadlines (monthly and annual).
• Reports and analysis for the HR department: evolution, deviations, generate different scenarios to assist in decision making, etc.
• Budget process, updating changes and necessary analysis, ensuring that the Group and local guidelines are followed. In strong collaboration with HR Business Partners and Controlling Team
• Collaborate in annual salary review process, by checking and updating the salary information and preparing all the reports for the salary review.
• Support in the implementation of the Compensation and Benefits policies: compare offers and proposal, forecast expenditure…
• Invoices from Compensation & Benefits suppliers
• Monthly exception report for payroll payment

The Operational Marketing Intern will apply and complement theoretical knowledge, develop the work competences, and acquire a practical experience through different tasks and responsibilities:

• Elaboration/collaboration in the launch creation and presentations, as well as translations of updates.
• Launch follow-up and coordination with other departments to ensure proper implementation.
• Control and monitoring of demos and samples.
• Management, control, and sending of updates to GPV and sales representatives.
• Management and coordination of Market requests with other departments.
• Preparation of delivery notes and price lists.
• Production of support materials for in-store animations.
• Coordination and monitoring of specific activations to support sell-out.
• Assistance in reporting to HQ on launch monitoring, competition, and 360º activations.

The Architecture Visual Merchandising Intern will apply and complement theoretical knowledge, develop the work competences, and acquire a practical experience through the participation, collaboration, and design of the brand’s promotional sites and displays across retail spaces.

• Support the design, development and implementation of pop-up stores, promotional sites and displays at the brand’s different Points of Sale (POS) and stores.
• Assist with the whole life span of projects ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
• Participate in the development of details and technical drawings.
• Support the elaboration of planograms, prototypes, renders, and plans.
• Help with the production of conceptual creative designs.

Job responsibilities

The Trade Marketing Intern will apply and complement theoretical knowledge, develop the work competences, and acquire a practical experience through the implementation, adaptation, and management of the brand’s trade marketing plan across retail spaces, working closely with logistics, commercial and marketing teams.

• Support the development and execution of the trade marketing plan, following the annual marketing plan and the retailers’ animations calendar.
• Lead the creation of briefings, coordination, and production of materials for the Point of Sales (POS), ensuring it contributes to the development and boost the brand’s image.
• Monitor and compel information from key commercial campaigns to prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Create guidelines and supervise the correct implementation of trade marketing campaigns and visual merchandising elements at the POS.
• Support logistics and administrative tasks, such as creation of shipping orders, track of materials, budget monitoring, control of invoices etc.
• Search and manage relationship with providers for the different trade marketing activations.
