Our island-wide network and Private Property Finder Service allow us to secure dream properties for our clients, including options available exclusively through Secret Marketing.
This is a full-time, on-site Team Assistant role located in Alaró. The Team Assistant will provide administrative support to the team, manage correspondence, coordinate schedules, and organize property-related documentation. The role also involves communicating with clients, handling inquiries, updating property listings, preparing marketing materials, and supporting day-to-day office operations with efficiency and professionalism.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in administrative duties such as scheduling, correspondence, and document management
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Familiarity with marketing tools, including property listing management and basic content creation
- Fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus)
- Proactive and adaptable attitude with the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in the real estate industry or a similar administrative role is advantageous
- Proficiency in computer applications, including the Microsoft Office Suite
