We are looking for a New Growth Categories Marketing Lead – Europe to drive the marketing strategy and execution of our emerging category portfolio across the European region.
This role will act as the category and brand lead for New Growth Categories, connecting brand strategy, commercial priorities, digital execution, newsletters, trade marketing, and market activation into one clear growth agenda.
Due to the European scope of the role and the need to work closely with regional and global stakeholders, full professional fluency in English is mandatory.
The ideal candidate is strategic, commercially minded, highly organized, and hands-on, with the ability to manage multiple projects across markets and align internal teams, agencies, and commercial stakeholders.
Key Responsibilitie
- sLead the marketing agenda for New Growth Categories across Europe, ensuring clear brand positioning, category priorities, and market activation plans
- .Build and coordinate annual and quarterly marketing plans, including launches, campaigns, trade initiatives, digital activities, newsletters, and events
- .Align digital marketing and newsletter plans with brand priorities, product launches, commercial objectives, and market needs
- .Coordinate trade marketing execution, including POSM, launch toolkits, distributor assets, promotional materials, and sales support tools
- .Lead the marketing coordination of New Product Introductions, ensuring alignment across Marketing, Sales, Digital, Legal, Supply, Finance, agencies, and distributors
- .Monitor market trends, competitor activity, customer feedback, and category opportunities to identify growth initiatives
- .Track campaign performance, market feedback, and activation learnings to improve future plans
