We are looking for ambitious individuals who want to start their professional career with us in the field of consulting within Operations Management and the management of its processes to improve project delivery for our clients at both local and international levels.

• You will learn how to develop project management dashboards and financial control tools for budgets and billing, supporting managers in aligning production with budgets to improve margins (reducing costs and enhancing productivity capacity).
• You will collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams, both locally and internationally.
• You will be able to develop your career in project governance and management, improving key performance indicators with a direct impact on the bottom line (reducing costs and enhancing productivity capacity).

Additionally, you will apply advanced analytics to obtain the most appropriate metrics in each case. You will also be part of a successful team of professionals who apply an entrepreneurial mindset to the daily challenges they face with clients, delivering innovative business solutions that address their needs.

Requirements:

• Educational background in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of business operations, project management, and financial concepts (costs, budgets, KPIs)
• Interest in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to work with metrics and dashboards
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel (intermediate level preferred)
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a plus
• Fluency in Spanish is mandatory
• Minimum B2 level proficiency in English
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
