We were born to help diagnostic patients with rare disease and today we evolved to help patients of all clinical specialties to make bold progress with guided solutions for physicians, their patients and pharma partners.
- Act as the technical point of contact between IT Teams, IT Support, and company subsidiaries, ensuring clear communication and technical alignment.
- Based in Valencia office, covering a US-aligned schedule, while also providing partial support for the European time zone.
- Manage and evolve the Microsoft 365 environment, including services related to the modern workplace.
- Administer and support endpoint management and security using Intune, Microsoft Defender, and other M365 services.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize device provisioning and lifecycle processes using Microsoft Autopilot.
- Support Windows-based enterprise environments, applying security and Modern Workplace best practices where appropriate.
- Contribute to IT security initiatives, including endpoint protection, identity-related topics, and incident analysis in collaboration with information security stakeholders.
- Provide technical support for networking and secure communications, ensuring reliable connectivity and access to corporate services.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives aimed at improving user experience, security posture, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT teams to enhance documentation, internal processes, and security awareness.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft Autopilot.
- Solid knowledge of Windows systems administration in enterprise environments.
- Good understanding of Modern Workplace and endpoint security principles, including access control and compliance.
- Experience with networking and secure communications; Cisco Meraki and Palo Alto knowledge is highly valued.
- Experience with VMware environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with backup and recovery solutions, especially Veeam, is highly valued.
- Fluent English, written and spoken, required for daily collaboration with international teams.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
- Team-oriented and collaborative mindset, combined with a proactive and accountable approach to work.
- Genuine interest in Modern Workplace technologies, IT security, and continuous improvement.
- Open-minded, structured, and solution-oriented, with a practical approach to problem solving and decision making.
