Your Tasks

• Creating content: You will be responsible for brainstorming and creating engaging TikTok content that resonates with our target audience. This will include everything from ideation to scriptwriting, filming, and editing.
• Understanding local trends: You will need to stay up-to-date on the latest TikTok trends and understand how to adapt them to our brand and audience in Spain. This will involve research, monitoring local influencers and their content, and staying current with social media news.
• Posting and editing content: You will be in charge of posting and scheduling TikTok content on our account, and you will need to ensure that all content meets our brand guidelines and is optimized for maximum engagement. You will also need to edit and refine content as needed to ensure it meets our quality standards.
• Collaboration with Global TikTok team: You will work closely with our global TikTok team to ensure that our content is aligned with our international strategy and that it meets the needs of our audiences in other countries. This will involve collaborating on ideas, sharing insights, and supporting the team with content creation as needed.
• Data analysis: You will be responsible for tracking and analyzing data related to our TikTok performance, including engagement metrics, follower growth, and conversion rates. You will need to use this data to identify areas for improvement and adjust our strategy as needed to ensure we meet our forecasted goals.
  

Your Skills

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Communication, or similar fields
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Strong understanding of TikTok and its audience
• Creative mindset with some experience in content creation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Interesting in deep diving into data to understand trendy and analytics
