For one of our main clients located in Alcobendas, Omnitel is looking for a Branded Content / Paid Media Specialist with experience in this area.
As a Branded Content / Paid Media Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping our content and special actions. Your expertise in content creation and brand positioning will be essential to connect our products and services with our target audience.
General Data:
- Type of contract: Indefinite
- Hours: 09:00 - 18: 00h (40 hours)
- Location: Madrid- Spain Hybrid
- Annual Gross Salary: 30K-35K
- Start Date: Immediate
Responsabilities:
- Development of 360º content strategies in the different off and on media.
- Content creation: Produce high quality, engaging and original branded content across various platforms, including articles, videos, infographics and more. From local content creation to international content transcreation.
- Brand positioning: Work closely with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistency of brand messaging, tone of voice and visual identity across all branded content materials.
- Content distribution: Implement effective content distribution media strategies to maximise reach and engagement, leveraging appropriate channels and tracking and analysing performance.
- Management of social media content and its corresponding activation in Paid Media.
- Planning of minor media plans and follow-ups for their optimisation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in branded content creation and social media. Ideally, basic knowledge of media planning.
- Good storytelling and writing skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think of innovative content ideas.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential.

General Data:

Key Responsibilities:
- Product management for accessories (EMEA).
- Portfolio understanding and management, being the link between sales, GBU and Supply Chain & making sure there's a healthy stock of peripherals in EMEA, including NPIs and EOLs.
- Point of contact for alliance partners.
- Order tracking & escalations from sales. Dealing with regular requests from sales to prioritize or unblock orders and provide availability details.
- Reporting: Financial Reporting for sales & management and product related (PPM) reports. Including: forecast files, Backlog, order tracking, E&O, etc.
Skills needed:
- Strong analytical, organizational and reporting skills for a fast-paced environment, with the ability to analyse, prioritize and solve problems.
- Dynamic personality and high communication level, both verbal and written skills, to be able to interact with colleagues throughout the division and company, team work spirit and collaboration.

Required Qualifications:

For one of our main customers we are looking for a Scaled Analytics Insights Manager. The candidate should be passionate about analytical storytelling and experienced capabilities working with advertising Sales materials. The scope of the role will be to enhance the Sales and Marketing enablement by expanding the scope of GMI ‘s analytical offerings.

- Hours: 08:00 - 17: 00h / Flexibility (40 hours)
- Location: Madrid
- Start Date: Immediate
- Salary range : 45K-50K
Responsibilities:
- Pull insights and trends for vertical/seasonal moments from proprietary GMI tools.
- Package & deliver Sales enablement decks (vertical playbooks) for prioritized seasonal moments. Support deck delivery to Sales with one-pager summaries and, when appropriate, written blogs.
- Plan quarterly vertical deliverables focused on advertisers needs and influenced by 3rd party research and vertical industry trends.
- Program management: extending current programs to new scope or standing up new support workstreams.
- Blinding GMI content for external consumption on the Marketing website, this includes editing to adhere to Brand guidelines and compliance requirements.
- Redesigning GMI Playbook Content into scaled packaging. This may include manipulating materials to fit a specific deck length, creating one-pagers summarizing key takeaways, reorienting the content to fit a particular Sales segment’s need, etc.
Skillsets needed:
- Experience in a data-focused role pairing data visualization with storytelling to deliver persuasive presentations.
- Experience using analytical tools such as PowerBi/Tableau usage of Excel and PowerPoint
- Creative problem-solving skills, with an ability to think out of the box.
- Strong communication skills and experience managing multiple stakeholders.
- Self Starter, comfortable with an autonomous, virtual work environment.
- Strong written skills, experience writing or editing blogs/essays/whitepapers a plus.
Candidate Requirements:
- More marketing / sales-oriented type of analytics experience (as opposed to the technical type)
- Confidence with data
- Power BI, Tableau, and such tools / Pivot tables knowledge
- Presentation skills PPT / storytelling experience
- Sales or client support exp (client facing / understanding and responding to a user’s need)
Languagues:
- English: minimum C1
