We are seeking a creative and strategic marketing professional to lead content initiatives in a fast-paced, innovative digital finance environment. This role will drive the development and execution of content that educates, engages, and converts audiences across multiple channels, from blogs and social media to newsletters and research publications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align content with business objectives, optimize audience engagement, and enhance brand presence. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has a sharp editorial eye, and stays attuned to market trends to produce high-quality, timely content. Accountabilities

  • Own all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, lead generation, and customer retention.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive editorial calendar, ensuring content aligns with business goals and audience needs.
  • Create, edit, and publish high-quality content across blogs, social media, newsletters, and other digital channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to generate ideas, optimize content, and maintain brand consistency.
  • Analyze content performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement and audience growth.
  • Manage creative resources, including writers, designers, and external agencies, to deliver campaigns on time and within scope.
  • Present content strategies, results, and insights to leadership, demonstrating the impact on business objectives.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
  • Proven experience creating content for digital platforms and growing a social media audience.
  • Strong editorial mindset with the ability to produce clear, engaging, and accurate content.
  • Proficiency with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and major social media platforms.
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of prioritizing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to analyze content performance metrics and optimize strategies for engagement and conversion.
  • Interest in digital finance, blockchain, or cryptocurrency is highly desirable.
