Job Purpose

Crew Control will be part of LEVEL Operations Control Centre.

Main Responsibilities - Tasks

• Ensure that crew resources (both Pilot and Cabin Crew) are managed in the most efficient and cost-effective way, in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Handle operational incidents: hotel, transfers, and flight tickets for crew members.
• Maintain and develop a professional standard of relations with Crew members, Training Department and Rostering Department.
• Have a working knowledge of crew agreements and crew travel policies
• Participate in Operations Control projects where required
• Prioritize safety and punctuality in all crew and operation decisions.

• Working under pressure, teamwork, and lead skills.
• Flexible, decisive, and rigorous. Also, functional, and strict following procedures.
• Analytic profile with attention to details.
