We're seeking a transformational, hands-on Chief Technology Officer ready to:

• Build and execute a bold long-term tech vision
• Lead modernization of established platforms with a strong focus on security, resilience, and scale
• Embed AI-assisted engineering with governance that delivers measurable impact
• Empower engineering leadership and establish structures that fuel high developer velocity and sustainable expansion
• Turn engineering output into stakeholder-grade intelligence; building live reporting dashboards that track platform health, delivery velocity, AI productivity gains, and security posture
• Establish a transparent analytics narrative across stakeholders, translating complex system performance into clear, actionable insights for executives, investors, and corporate partners
• Own impact measurement and governance through data, implementing KPIs and reporting frameworks that quantify AI-assisted development ROI, infrastructure resilience, customer uptime experience, and transformation progress.
• Create feedback loops, not status reports, evolving stakeholder comms from passive reporting into strategic conversations powered by forecasts, trend analytics, and machine-driven engineering metrics
• Synchronize technical and business outcomes, aligning teams with measurable analytics and producing structured evaluations for resource allocation, risk, compliance, and product prioritization.
