Main Responsibilities - Tasks

• Legal background checks
• Supporting the verification of legal background checks for selected candidates aas part of the onboarding process.
• Onboarding and personnel administration
• Preparing documentation for the onboarding of new employees (contracts, manuals, etc.).
• Supporting the planning of induction sessions for new hires.
• Maintaining and updating employee records.
• Training and development management
• Organizing training programs and workshops.
• Managing registrations and tracking attendance.
• Collecting feedback and evaluations on training programs.
• Other processes
• Supporting payroll processes and attendance control.
• Monitoring vacation and leave requests.
  
  

Education

Currently in the final year of a degree or recently graduated in Labour Relations.
