¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?

• Lead the product Mobile projects of the company designing and defining the strategy for each.
• Be in charge of the E2E product management for several product teams: From the product discovery to the delivery.
• Make a market analysis (Competitors, benchmark...).
• Lead a 3/4 product management team, leading One to One meetings as well as aligning their product with the roadmap defined.
• Be in charge of the career development of your teams, managing 121 meetings and ensuring their success within the company.
• Be in charge of the project strategy definition: Tasks distribution, roadmaping...

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

• At least 5 years of experience working in B2C mobile products as a PO.
• Previous experience leading product teams.
• Previous experience setting mobile project strategies.
• Previous experience with AB Testing.
• Fluent English level is a must.
