About The Role

MiniMed Diabetes Department Internship / Inside Sales support

The Functions Corresponding To The Internship Offered Are

• Administrative support for the performance of the following tasks:
• Updating and correction of local databases.
• Sorting and returning products.
• Patient care support:
• Email Mailbox Review, Filtering, and Sorting
• Data verification.
• Telephone call management.
  
  

Requirements

• Medium level office package (Excel, Power Point, Word).
• Proactivity, commitment and desire to take on new challenges.
• Ability to communicate and work in a team.
• Organizational capacity.
  
  

Work Experience: Not required. Experience in similar internships or customer service positions will be valued.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's/Graduate

Type of Bachelor's Degree: Preferably areas of social sciences

Languages: English (Reading: High Level) / Writing: High Level / Conversation: High Level).

Contract

• Type of contract: Internship agreement
• Duration: from 6 to 18 months (6 months contracts)
• Working Hours: Full Day (FLEX schedule) 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. M–Th and Fri 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Minimum 2 days per week in person at the Madrid office
• Salary: Study grant of 1000 euros gross/month
