What You Will Be Responsible For

Shape Our Strategy: You define and implement seasonal and long-term omnichannel buying strategies for our Circular Knits category.

Create Inspiring Assortments:  You develop assortment strategies that balance consumer demand, market trends, brand identity, and financial goals.

Collaborate with Design: You work closely with Design, identify product opportunities, and actively influence development.

Drive Vendor Success: You lead supplier negotiations, secure the best costs, margins, quality, and delivery terms, and build strategic partnerships.

Optimize Performance: You manage drop strategies, product lifecycles, and inventory, while analyzing sales performance and market trends to make data-driven adjustments in real time.

Mentor & Grow: You guide Junior Buyers, share your knowledge and help them thrive professionally.

What We Are Looking For

Your Educational Background: You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field. 

Your Strengths: You are strategic, business-minded, and deeply passionate about fashion. You enjoy understanding consumer behavior, identifying growth opportunities, and using data to make smart decisions. 

Your Profile: You bring significant buying experience, ideally in Circular Knits or similar Fast Fashion categories. You are a skilled negotiator, highly organized, an excellent communicator in English and proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Knowledge of SAP or Oracle and additional languages such as German or Spanish is a plus.
