Job Description:

As an International Recruiter at Recruit4Work, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and placing candidates in a variety of positions across different industries and locations in Europe. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills, networking abilities, and a keen eye for talent to match candidates with the perfect opportunities. This position offers the chance to work in a vibrant team environment, with ample opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Source potential candidates through online channels, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for various roles and industries.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and placement.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team-based recruitment targets.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English is essential; fluency in a third language is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive approach to personal and professional development.
