Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant based in Valencia, Spain, with some flexibility for remote work. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives. Responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing expense reports, organizing meetings, and supporting various executive-level tasks to ensure operational efficiency and smooth communication across teams and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Executive Support and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports
- Strong Communication skills for interacting with executives, teams, and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, including scheduling and meeting coordination
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Proficiency in office productivity tools and calendar management software
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or additional languages is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
Employment Conditions & Performance Expectations
This is a full-time employment role with an initial six-month probation period.
During this period, performance will be assessed on a monthly basis, with a strong focus on:
- reliability and responsiveness
- accuracy and attention to detail
- ability to manage priorities independently
- quality of communication with senior stakeholders
The role is designed for individuals who are comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with clear expectations and regular feedback. Continued employment is contingent on meeting defined performance standards.

Due to the nature of our client base, the role involves exposure to highly sensitive business information, including work with publicly listed companies, private equity investors, and senior executives.
The successful candidate will be required to:
- Maintain strict confidentiality at all times

- Comply with all applicable data protection and confidentiality standards
- Avoid any conflicts of interest
In addition, due to regulatory considerations:
- The role may be subject to restrictions regarding personal trading in financial instruments, particularly related to clients or industries the firm is engaged with
- The candidate must be willing to comply with internal policies governing confidentiality, information handling, and professional conduct
