Hi, my name is Alena, and I am a personal assistant at the international tour operator A La Carte Premium. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented cleaner for a private 2-bedroom apartment.

The apartment residents are a family of our Russian-speaking managers relocating from Dubai to Estepona and their daughter, so knowledge of English and/or Russian is required.

Position details:

• Location: Estepona

• Schedule: 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)

• Working hours: between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Madrid time.

• Salary: €1,200 per month

Responsibilities:

• Full apartment cleaning

• Laundry and ironing

• Dusting and surface care

• Floor cleaning (vacuuming, mopping)

• General upkeep to maintain a high standard of cleanliness

We are looking for someone trustworthy, organized, and experienced in maintaining a clean and comfortable home environment.

We are currently looking for a Graphic Designer Intern who is about to graduate (or recently graduated) and wants real, hands-on experience working on meaningful branding projects.

DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA OFERTA

Buscamos un/a Técnico/a de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales para unirse al equipo de seguridad de un gran proyecto de construcción de infraestructuras tecnológicas. 

Bajo la supervisión del Safety Manager, el/la candidato/a seleccionado/a apoyará activamente en la implementación y el seguimiento de las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad y salud en obra. Esta es una oportunidad para profesionales comprometidos con la prevención, con ganas de crecer y desarrollarse en un entorno de proyecto exigente y con altos estándares de seguridad.

RESPONSABILIDADES

• Apoyar en la implementación y el seguimiento del Plan de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo.

• Realizar inspecciones diarias y semanales en las zonas de trabajo para identificar riesgos y asegurar el cumplimiento de las medidas preventivas.

• Verificar el uso correcto de los Equipos de Protección Individual (EPIs) y el estado de los Equipos de Protección Colectiva (EPCs).

• Colaborar en la investigación de incidentes y accidentes, recolectando información y apoyando en la determinación de las causas.

• Participar en la elaboración y actualización de la documentación de seguridad y salud (registros, permisos de trabajo, etc.).

• Acompañar y apoyar al Safety Manager en auditorías e inspecciones externas.

• Impartir charlas de seguridad básicas y realizar recordatorios de buenas prácticas a los trabajadores en obra.

• Asesorar al personal sobre la aplicación de las normativas de seguridad y los procedimientos de trabajo seguro.

• Reportar al Safety Manager sobre el estado de la seguridad en obra y las incidencias detectadas.

REQUISITOS

• Formación profesional de Grado Superior en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (Técnico Superior en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales) o titulación universitaria con Máster/Posgrado en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (con las tres especialidades).

• Experiencia mínima de 2-3 años en puestos de Técnico de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales en proyectos de construcción, preferiblemente en obra civil, industrial o infraestructuras.

• Conocimiento práctico de la normativa española de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales.

• Capacidad de observación, atención al detalle y proactividad en la identificación de riesgos.

• Habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.

• Dominio de herramientas ofimáticas básicas.

• Compromiso con la cultura de seguridad.

• Valorable buen nivel de inglés.
