About The Rol

Currently at SEAT we are looking for a recent graduate with professional work experience to be part of our exclusive trainee program within the Purchasing department.

You Will Be Part Of a Dynamic And Forward-thinking Team, Contributing To Projects That Shape The Future Of Purchasing In The Automotive Industry. Your Work Will Involve

Managing multiple procurement tasks and deadlines efficiently (time management & tasks priorization), teamwork and collaboration, willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Other tasks that you will be involved in, include also: Contract Management Improvement within the department (Industrial Services), support in defining long term strategy for Maintenance contracts and initiation in purchasing activities, tender processes, etc.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to real change while developing your skills in a multinational environment.

What are we looking for?

Education: Degree in Engineering preferably.

Languages: Spanish and English (minimum level C1), Valuable German

Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Clear and professional communication with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders

Knowledge: Strong Excel or Data Analysis skills.

Other: International experience (Erasmus, international professional experience, etc.)

How is the selection process?

As a first phase, the pre-selected candidates will go to the phase of personal interviews and conducting an online test. Finally, the selected candidates will be sent to the assessment center.
