We're a boutique interior design studio located on the sunny mediterranean island of Ibiza - currently working on a range of exciting projects, both on and off the island.

As our team and workload grows at a steady pace, we are currently on the lookout for a motivated Design Assistant to join our small but mighty team.

We guide and lead all projects from A to Z, starting from the sketch and ideation phase, complete with photorealistic 3D renderings, all the way to project management and execution phase, complete with weekly site visits, FF&E procurement, and interior styling.

We embody all that is full service interior design, from drawing shop drawings for custom kitchen worktops, all the way down to choosing the colour of the serviettes, and decorative vases to give that right decorative touch.

This is a full-time, paid internship position - and is a great opportunity for someone who is in the middle of their university studies to gain valid work experience in an interior design studio that covers the full spectrum of the design process.

Our ideal candidate is: Currently studying or having recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field Proficient in Sketchup Has a driver's license and has access to own transport Can speak Spanish at a professional level Enthusiastic, open, and willing to learn Knowledge of Vectorworks a plus Knowledge of social media content creation a plus This is a full-time, paid internship position, with a starting date of June 16 2025, for a 6 month period.

Propósito del Rol:

El UX/UI Designer contribuirá a la implantación progresiva de prácticas de diseño centrado en el usuario en proyectos digitales ya activos dentro del entorno bancario. Su objetivo será mejorar la experiencia del usuario, homogeneizar patrones visuales y funcionales y colaborar estrechamente con negocio, desarrollo y calidad para aportar valor tangible en entregas ya comprometidas.

Responsabilidades Principales:

1. Diseño de Interfaces y Experiencia de Usuario

• Rediseñar pantallas existentes optimizando la usabilidad y alineación con el sistema visual corporativo.
• Producir flujos de usuario, wireframes, prototipos interactivos y documentación funcional.
• Aplicar criterios de accesibilidad (WCAG) y diseño inclusivo.

1. Colaboración Multidisciplinar

• Colaborar con Product Owners, diseñadores senior y desarrolladores para asegurar la coherencia visual y funcional.
• Participar en eventos Agile, sesiones de refinamiento y testing.

1. Implantación Progresiva de Buenas Prácticas UX

• Integrar estándares de diseño en productos legacy, proponiendo mejoras factibles sin comprometer entregas.
• Documentar decisiones de diseño de forma argumentada y reutilizable.

1. Sistemas de Diseño y Librerías Visuales

• Aplicar y contribuir al mantenimiento de componentes reutilizables y guías de estilo.
• Garantizar la consistencia visual entre productos y canales.

1. Apoyo a la Evaluación de Experiencia

• Participar en sesiones de test con usuarios, análisis heurísticos y evaluación de puntos de fricción.

Habilidades y Conocimientos Clave:

• Diseño centrado en el usuario y accesibilidad.
• Dominio de herramientas como Figma, Sketch o Adobe XD.
• Conocimientos de sistemas de diseño, Design Tokens y responsive.
• Capacidad de adaptación a producto ya definido, con foco en la mejora incremental.
• Trabajo colaborativo en equipos Agile/Kanban.
• Se valorará conocimientos de UX / UI en Salesforce.

Experiencia y Formación Requerida:

• 2 a 5 años de experiencia como diseñador/a UX/UI.
• Experiencia en entornos digitales complejos, idealmente en banca o seguros.
• Experiencia en colaboración con desarrollo frontend.
• Deseable conocimiento básico de HTML/CSS.
• Formación en Diseño, HCI, Ingeniería o similar.
