Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Doorman role located in Madrid. The Doorman will welcome and assist guests upon arrival, manage the entry area of the hotel, and ensure smooth access for vehicles and visitors. Responsibilities include handling guest inquiries, coordinating with security, offering exceptional hospitality, and supporting other team members in creating a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with guests and ensure a welcoming experience.
• Basic Security knowledge to monitor the entry area and maintain safety standards.
• Bellman & Doorman Duties experience, such as assisting with guest inquiries and providing directions.
• Experience with vehicles, including managing entry and facilitating vehicle access.
• Drivers licence mandatory
• Professional demeanor, attentiveness, and ability to work effectively within a hospitality team.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is highly desirable.
• Prior experience in a hotel, luxury environment, or related field is a plus.
