Plans And Organizes
Major responsibilities, include but not limited to:
Coordinate with management for personnel and equipment requirements and availability to meet the service demand as well as specific client projects.
Local human resources activities including forecasting, contingency planning to meet peak demands, recruiting selection & training activities.
Co-ordinating client job requirements (needs assessments) quality control/quality assurance as well as co-ordinating with management resource pool to determine availability / requirements of personnel and equipment.
Problem solving situations.
Leads: (with a focus of 'team') direct reports by providing guidance motivation & training towards company objectives.
Lead accident/incident investigations, well control scenarios and employee issues in conjunction with GM and HR.
Controls: by monitoring performance acting to bring in line with company goals the following: job follow-up and identified improvements; equipment & materials inventory; operating costs; maintenance system & quality control; resource distribution; continuous improvement process; results of field inspections and audits.
Risk & Hazard Identification – Identify type and level of at risk activities.
Identify, report, and control site specific hazards.
Client / Contractor Liaison –Planning, Trouble Shooting client rule and policy compliance.
Communicate with the client representative on site to ensure customer satisfaction and report back any improvement opportunities.
Review all paperwork and billing procedures on the job site for completeness and accuracy.
Deal with all clients issues or Fit for Duty concerns on site.
