We’re partnering with a fast-growing fintech company that is redefining how businesses handle international payments. Combining a robust, user-friendly platform with exceptional customer service, the company supports a diverse client base ranging from small and medium sized businesses to large corporates and financial institutions.


Our client is now looking to hire Junior Sales Executives to join their team in Madrid. This is a unique opportunity for individuals at the beginning of their career to join a high-growth environment and build a strong foundation in B2B sales.


About the Role


This entry-level position is focused on outbound sales and lead generation. Junior Sales Executives will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, supporting the broader sales team in growing the company’s customer base. The role offers clear progression, hands-on training, and regular coaching to ensure long-term success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients
  • Maintain consistent daily phone activity and client engagement
  • Qualify leads and book meetings for senior sales representatives
  • Work closely with the sales team to continuously refine messaging and targeting
  • Participate in structured onboarding, coaching, and training programs
  • Contribute to a fast-paced, goal-oriented team culture


Candidate Profile

  • Based in Madrid or able to relocate quickly
  • No prior experience required – open to recent graduates and career changers
  • Basic English communication skills
  • Strong motivation to build a long-term career in sales
  • Resilient, energetic, and receptive to feedback
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume outbound sales environment
  • Motivated by performance targets and opportunities for advancement
