CEO / CCO (Entrepreneurial Operator – Co-founder Potential)

Location: Valencia or The Netherlands (with frequent travel)

At YOUNG, we are not building a traditional coworking company.

We are creating a scalable workspace platform that is:

• Built by entrepreneurs, not operators

Currently operating in the Netherlands and expanding into Spain (starting with a 6-location cluster in Seville), this role is a hands-on opportunity to build, scale, and own a business within the YOUNG ecosystem.

This is not a management role — it is an operator role with full ownership mindset and a clear path to co-founder potential based on performance and long-term commitment.

• Drive occupancy and revenue growth across all locations
• Build and execute a strong commercial engine (B2B sales, partnerships, communities)
• Lead the launch and stabilization of new locations (Netherlands & Spain)
• Develop a repeatable and scalable expansion playbook
• Ensure each location reaches financial independence quickly
• Structure lean, scalable operations
• Collaborate closely with the holding team (CEO, COO, BD) on strategy and execution
