Tareas
- Manejar y controlar las grúas fijas o móviles para levantar, mover y cambiar la posición o el lugar los equipos y materiales.
- Manejar y controlar equipos de elevación, descenso o aumento de trabajadores y materiales en obras de construcción
- Manejar y controlar montacargas y equipos similares
- Operar y supervisar la maquinaria que abre y cierra puentes
- Comprobar el estado de la grúa torre instalada
- Comprobar el limitador de carga y de giro
- Limitar y controlar los espacios dedicados a la distancia de seguridad.
- Manipular cargar operando la Grúa torre
- Realizar el montaje y desmontaje de los diferentes sistemas y accesorios de la grúa.
Requisitos
- Experiencia previa en la ejecución de obras residenciales.
- Conocimientos básicos de edificación.
- Conocimiento de PRL

Your Mission

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Closely coordinating with counterparties including shipping agents, cargo suppliers/customers, surveyors, and Cargo traders for following the operations properly.
- Endeavour to provide notice of potential issues to trading teams as well as proactively look for solutions.
- Staying current with all relevant industry news.
- Ensure local customs procedures are fulfilled.
- Proactively chase for vessels ETA, Cargo docs, invoices, and other relevant documentation from all parties involved in the operation.
- Advising of port dues, calling costs and other related costs at the point of quoting, and following through to ensure correct invoicing.
- Ensuring Bunker Delivery Notes, invoices, and other relevant documentation is promptly actioned, checked and verified.
- Providing timely updates of vessels to be supplied to all parties involved.
- Organisation and monitoring of daily terminal/loading operations.
- Supporting local and worldwide traders within the company
- Closely coordinating with all other departments; fleet management & shipping ops for daily operations, Finance teams, system teams, etc.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Buscamos incorporar un/a ingeniero/a de producto que se encargue de definir las funcionalidades de los nuevos productos y coordinar su desarrollo, trabajando en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de Hardware, Software, FPGA y Testing.
Responsabilidades Principales
Transformar las especificaciones generales que llegan desde desarrollo de negocio en requisitos técnicos que deben cumplir los productos.
Realizar, junto con desarrollo de negocio, los estudios técnico-económicos previos al desarrollo de un nuevo producto, o a la modificación de uno existente para adaptarlo a las necesidades de los clientes.
Definir, junto con los responsables de las áreas técnicas, posibles arquitecturas hardware y software para los productos de SOC-E.
Identificar riesgos tecnológicos y estrategias de mitigación.
Dar soporte técnico al área de desarrollo de negocio durante el proceso de venta, colaborando en la preparación de propuestas, la interlocución técnica con clientes y la definición de soluciones alineadas con las capacidades y productos de SOC-E.

¿Qué buscamos?
