- Manage, plan, report and steer IT spend (Run & Change) for several operating entities at international level.
- Drive financial governance of IT investments, ensuring alignment with overall operations and IT strategy.
- Monitor and control the IT change project portfolio, including major transformation programmes, covering financials, scope, risks and dependencies.
- Review IT run costs, savings initiatives and main cost drivers, providing transparency and actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
- Identify deviations and financial risks early, perform root-cause analyses and drive corrective actions.
- Lead benefits management and value tracking for IT initiatives.
- Act as a key finance business partner for IT, operations and shared services teams.
- Enable effective collaboration between operating entities, group functions and shared service providers.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT financial management processes, standards, definitions and data quality.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
- Master's degree in IT, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
- Significant experience in IT controlling, finance, operations or consulting within complex, international environments.
- Strong understanding of IT cost structures, financial steering and project portfolio management.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Integrated Planning and ServiceNow.
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills; knowledge of VBA and Power BI is a plus.
- Proven exposure to large IT transformation or integration programmes (agile and waterfall).
- Ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Strong analytical skills, proactive mindset and high level of autonomy.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial topics for non-finance audiences.
- Fluent English is mandatory; additional European languages are a plus.
- Genuine interest in Information Technology and emerging topics such as Generative AI.

About the Role:
In this exciting opportunity, you will step into a pivotal position as our Financial Controller, driving financial excellence across our supply chain network. Taking ownership of financial planning and analysis, you will shape how we manage costs, optimize processes, and unlock value within our copacking and procurement activities. Additionally, your work will directly influence strategic decisions through accurate budgeting, forecasting, and insightful analysis, partnering closely with Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance. This is your chance to contribute to a fast‑paced FMCG Finance environment where operational efficiency and smart decision‑making truly matter.
Main Responsibilities:
n your day-to-day, you will oversee cost controlling, ensuring that procurement and copacking expenses are accurately allocated and fully aligned with our governance standards. At the same time, you will lead our budgeting cycles, long‑term planning, and rolling forecasts, supporting the business with robust FP&A processes. Part of your mission will be to simulate product P&Ls for the Marketing team, manage standard costing and transfer pricing, and prepare clear, insightful financial reports that enable management to act with confidence.
Beyond regular reporting, you will gain exposure to strategic projects—from make‑or‑buy analyses and sourcing initiatives to new product launches—allowing you to bring your analytical mindset to real business impact. Furthermore, your ability to build user‑friendly dashboards and monitor operational KPIs will help elevate our visibility on performance and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
