Finance Assistant

Job Summary


The Finance Assistant is responsible for daily financial data entry, expense reimbursement review, invoice management, reconciliation, assisting with basic financial statements, and providing administrative support to the department, ensuring the company's financial operations are standardized, accurate, and efficient. This position typically assists the Finance Manager, accountant, or accounts receivable/payable team in carrying out basic financial work.


Key Responsibilities


I. Daily Accounting Tasks


Responsible for voucher entry, accounting processing, and financial system data maintenance.


Assist in preparing daily accounting vouchers, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.


Manage original documents, including the organization and filing of invoices, receipts, contracts, etc.


II. Reimbursement & Payment Processing


Review employee expense reimbursement documents (travel expenses, office expenses, etc.).


Track supplier payment applications and process related payment procedures.


Check whether the reimbursement and payment processes comply with the company's financial regulations.


III. Reconciliation


Assist with bank reconciliation, verifying the consistency between book balances and transaction records.


Track accounts receivable and payable, and conduct regular reconciliations with internal and external units.


Raise questions about any discrepancies and assist in identifying the causes.


IV. Invoice & Tax Support


Responsible for basic tasks such as invoice issuance, authentication, cancellation, and registration.


Assist in collecting tax filing documents and external audit materials.


Manage invoice inventory, ensuring compliance, security, and accuracy.


V. Reporting Support


Assist in preparing the basic data required for monthly financial statements.


Compile the data, statistical reports, and data summaries required for financial analysis.


Assist in producing financial analysis reports, expense analyses, etc., as required.


VI. Administrative Support


Communicate and coordinate with other departments regarding the collection of financial documents and information.


Assist in completing the daily administrative tasks of the finance department, such as meeting arrangements and document management.


Participate in supporting work such as the company's annual audit and internal control inspection.


Job Requirements (Qualifications)


Education Background


Associate's or Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Financial Management, Finance, Economics, or related fields.


Work Experience


0-3 years of relevant financial work experience; outstanding fresh graduates will be considered.


Priority will be given to candidates with corporate accounting internships or basic financial experience.


Professional Skills


Basic accounting knowledge; understanding of financial processes and accounting subjects.


Proficient in using office software such as Excel and Word; experience with financial systems is preferred.


Basic tax knowledge (Value Added Tax, Corporate Income Tax, etc.) is a plus.


Good data sensitivity and attention to detail.


Personal Abilities


Diligent, meticulous, and responsible.


Good communication skills; able to work collaboratively with other departments.


Skilled in time management; able to handle multiple tasks.


A strong sense of confidentiality and professional ethics.


Work Location


Company office; subject to departmental assignment.
