Here at Curaleaf, we're looking for a motivated Production Operator to join our team and play a key role in operating machinery, preparing materials, and ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing:

Operating and monitoring production machinery safely and efficiently

Preparing raw materials and supplies for the production process

Performing basic quality checks to ensure products meet company standards

Recording production data and report issues or deviations promptly

Maintaining a clean and organised work area according to safety and hygiene standards

Identifying and reporting equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs

Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet production targets

Following all standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and company policies

About you:

We're looking for a reliable and committed team member who:

Has previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment

Has mechanical aptitude and can operate production equipment

Can follow written and verbal instructions accurately

Pays strong attention to detail and is committed to quality

Works well in a team and communicates effectively

Thrives in a fast-paced environment and meets production deadlines

Can solve basic problems and report issues promptly

Follows safety procedures and company policies at all times

You will also have a high school diploma or equivalent, and flexibility to work different shifts.
