This role has a direct impact on our day-to-day relationship with the community: we want someone who not only responds but also activates, engages, and grows our channels.

As part of a team focused on creativity and innovation, it鈥檚 essential that you have knowledge of generative AI, both in the use of tools (text, image, video, audio) and in applying them to real workflows.
What You鈥檒l Do 馃挕
- Be the direct voice of the brand across social platforms, building authentic and long-lasting relationships with our community.
- Manage conversations across key channels (X/Twitter, Discord, LinkedIn, IG, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube), ensuring a fast, approachable, and on-brand response.
- Proactively activate our channels by proposing dynamics that spark participation, conversations, and a stronger sense of belonging.
- Identify and nurture the most active and relevant community members, building relationships that strengthen user鈥揵rand connection.
- Support the development of ambassador initiatives and exclusive community experiences, both online and offline.
- Spot recurring patterns, FAQs, and opportunities for improvement to turn daily interactions into actionable insights.
- Suggest and implement solutions to improve team efficiency and community management (processes, FAQs, automation).
- Track interaction metrics and prepare clear reports with actionable learnings to refine tone, dynamics, and content.
- Collaborate with internal teams so that the community鈥檚 voice is reflected in campaigns, launches, and key decisions.
- Document insights, processes, and best practices to build a strong operational foundation for scalable growth.
Must have
- Experience: at least 2 years managing digital communities or providing support through social channels.
- Communication: excellent writing skills and an approachable, professional tone.
- Languages: English C1 or higher (written and spoken).
- Data-driven: familiarity with social metrics and planning/reporting tools (e.g. Metricool, Sprout).
- Soft skills: strong organization, prioritization, and empathy to handle conversations and resolve issues effectively.
- Plus: previous experience in tech environments or creative communities.
- Essential: practical knowledge of generative AI (image, video, audio, and LLMs such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.). We鈥檙e looking for someone who doesn鈥檛 just know them but actually uses them regularly.
- Strong interest or experience in automation of community and support workflows (tools like n8n, Make, etc.), with the ability to spot repetitive tasks and turn them into efficient, scalable processes.
- Freepik AI Suite: our proprietary tools for image, video, and audio generation.
- LLMs: ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or similar.
- Community & analytics: Brandwatch, Metricool, Sprout, Manychat, or equivalent.
- Documentation: Notion / Google Sheets (to collect and document insights).
- Platforms: Discord, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio.
