Responsabilidades principales

Description
As Interior Designer/ Architect Trainee, you will join the Design & Technical team based in the corporate office in Madrid. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the Interior Design team to ensure the successful development and execution of design projects within Radisson Hotel Group.
This key role will assist in creating innovative interior design concepts, developing layouts, and preparing technical drawings, as well as providing support during the design implementation phase. The Trainee will collaborate closely with senior designers, partner departments, and external stakeholders to ensure design projects align with Radisson Hotel Group’s brand standards and operational goals, while contributing to the optimization of the design process.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist in Design Development: Support the design team in developing interior concepts, layouts, and designs for hotel spaces, including guest rooms, public areas, and event spaces.
- Project Support: Collaborate with the team in creating mood boards, color schemes, and material selections to ensure design concepts meet brand standards and client needs.
- Drafting & Rendering: Use architectural tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Hand drawing) to create technical drawings, floor plans, and 3D renderings under the guidance of senior designers.
