About The Role

An opportunity has arisen for an Intern position with our Conference and Events Department in Jumeirah Mallorca.

The Main Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role

• Dealing with the enquiries for the Events Department
• Assisting Events plan and coordination
• Supervising conference spaces operations
• Assisting of issuing detailed group information (Banqueting Event Orders) to all hotel departments
• Assisting operations department during the event

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Qualification

• Studies related to hospitality
  
  

Experience

• Any hospitality experience is a strength
  
  

Skills

• Excellent written and oral English communication skills
• Ability to learn new systems quickly
• Tech savvy with strong attention to detail
• Word-processing skills, preferably with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Proactive, energetic and positive attitude.
