Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for Italian Speaking Customer Advisors! This role not only allows you to work in the beautiful country of Greece but also comes with fully paid relocation assistance. Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional support to Italian-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve inquiries and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention
- Maintain documentation of customer interactions and provide feedback to improve service and processes
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on product knowledge and best practices
- Native or fluent Italian speakers, with strong communication skills in English
- Experience in customer service or a similar role is an advantage
- Demonstrated ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience
- A passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service
