Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented professional who takes pride in keeping all public areas of the resort immaculate — from the lobby and corridors to outdoor areas and shared facilities.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include

Clean and maintain all assigned public areas, including lobbies, corridors, elevators, restrooms, restaurants, pool areas, and outdoor spaces.

Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and presentation, following The Ritz-Carlton cleaning protocols.

Replenish supplies and amenities in public areas (soaps, towels, paper goods, etc.).

Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly to the relevant department.

Take care of equipment and cleaning materials, ensuring proper use and upkeep.

Assist guests courteously and discreetly, providing information or directing requests to the right team.

Follow all health, safety, and environmental guidelines, supporting the resort’s sustainability initiatives.

Support deep-cleaning projects and special events, ensuring excellence in every detail.

What We Expect From You...

Previous experience in cleaning or maintaining public areas, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.

Strong sense of organization, cleanliness, and attention to detail.

Positive attitude, team spirit, and commitment to excellence.

Physical stamina and ability to perform continuous cleaning tasks.

Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Basic communication in English or Spanish (additional languages are a plus).

Valid work permit for Spain.
