We are looking for a new creative member (architect or designer) to join our Design and Concept Department team.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Be part of the Concept Department. Develop innovative and creative solutions within masterplan projects, interior design of commercial spaces, and leisure equipment.
• 3D Modelling and Rendering.
• Design and layout of commercial presentations.
• Using English to communicate and explain projects.
• Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules, and budgets
• Creation of technical plans for schematic design projects.
• Assistance to the Construction Manager.

• Good communication skills in English.

BACKGROUND
• Master’s Degree in Architecture, Bachelor's Degree in Building Engineering, Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design and Product Development Engineering, bachelor’s Degree in Interior Architecture.
• +3 years of experience in construction and architecture.

LANGUAGES
• Certificate: English B2. Fluency in English is highly valued.
• Arabic and French are a plus.

• SketchUp: intermediate- high level
• D5 Render / Lumion: intermediate
• Adobe Creative Suite: intermediate- high level
