Required skills and experience

Demonstrable experience of work on modern web applications
A strong understanding of HTML, CSS with SCSS and JavaScript
Experience with Javascript components libraries
Experience with TypeScript

Awareness of SEO best practice
Consideration of accessibility in all aspects of your work
A strong understanding of web performance in complex user interfaces

In this team

You'll create high fidelity websites and web apps using the latest incarnations of HTML, CSS (SCSS) and Javascript (React and TypeScript)
You'll help maintain existing projects including updating content and adding new pages
You'll manage incoming requests for updates and liaise with or delegate to other people as necessary
You'll ensure the standard of our output remains high and consistent across our whole product portfolio
You'll ensure new pages are published according to specification and in compliance with our web style guide

Tareas a realizar:

Buscamos un experto en SEM para gestionar todas las actividades de marketing relacionadas con el pago por clic (PPC).

El especialista en SEM gestionará todas las campañas de búsqueda de pago en Google, Yahoo y Bing, así como otros motores de marketing gráfico y de búsqueda. Para ocupar con éxito este puesto, un especialista en SEM deberá saber gestionar con eficacia el prepuesto de las búsquedas de pago y trabajar con el equipo de SEO y marketing para aumentar al máximo el retorno de la inversión, el tráfico y el número de clientes.

Responsabilidades

Realizar pruebas, recopilar y analizar datos, identificar tendencias e información para lograr el máximo retorno de la inversión en campañas de búsqueda de pago
Hacer un seguimiento, notificar y analizar analíticas de sitios web e iniciativas y campañas de PPC
Gestionar los gastos de las campañas, no salirse del presupuesto, calcular los costes mensuales y reconciliar discrepancias
Optimizar el texto redactado y las páginas de aterrizaje para las campañas de marketing de motores de búsqueda de pago
Realizar un descubrimiento, una ampliación y una optimización continuos de palabras clave de pago
Investigar y analizar enlaces de publicidad de la competencia

Requisitos

Experiencia demostrable en SEM y gestión exitosa de campañas de PPC en Google, Yahoo y Bing.
Amplios conocimientos de marketing basado en resultados, conversión y adquisición de clientes en Internet
Al día en las últimas tendencias y mejores prácticas relacionadas con el marketing en motores de búsqueda
Gran experiencia en el uso de herramientas de gestión de ofertas (por ejemplo, Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite)

El puesto

Estamos buscando una persona que quiera crecer con nosotros.
Alguien que entre con ganas, aprenda acompañado y, si le apetece, vaya asumiendo más responsabilidad poco a poco.
Empezarás apoyando en tareas de programación, maquetación web y mantenimiento, pero nunca estarás solo: hay gente en el equipo que ya está ahí y que te va a echar un cable siempre que lo necesites.

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

Estas serán tus áreas de trabajo:
Manejo y gestión a nivel interno de CMS (WordPress, PrestaShop...).
Diseño front-end para web (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
Maquetación y diseño gráfico (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Gestión de bases de datos (SQL Server, MySQL).
Administración y gestión de hosting (Plesk, cPanel), migraciones de sitios web y buzones de correo entre servidores de hosting.
Resolución de incidencias y errores.
Gestión y administración de dominios, servidores de nombres y zonas DNS.
Control de IA, automatizaciones y procesos de eficiencia.

Lo que de verdad mola: horario y estilo de trabajo

La jornada es de 37,5 horas semanales.
Tenemos horario libre, pero la entrada habitual del equipo suele ser a las 8:00 y salimos sobre las 15:30.
En julio y agosto aplicamos horario de verano.
Preferimos el trabajo presencial, así que es importante decir que nos encontramos en el centro de Zaragoza.

Nos gusta vernos y compartir el día a día, aunque obviamente hay opción de teletrabajo y nos centramos en la conciliación con la vida.
No hacemos horas extra, y el trabajo está bastante bien organizado y fluido.
Salario, incorporación y evolución

El salario está por concretar según tu perfil profesional. Queremos que te sientas valorado desde el minuto uno, y si la fecha de incorporación (ideal el 15 de septiembre) no te encaja, hablamos sin problema. Nos adaptamos a tu situación y a tus tiempos 🐒.

Sobre la evolución salarial, no tenemos un sistema cerrado. Nos fijamos más en los objetivos cumplidos, en los roles que vas asumiendo y en cómo te sientes tú.
Tendremos revisiones, por supuesto, y siempre vamos a buscar que te sientas valorado, cómodo y motivado.
Si hay cosas nuevas que te apetece probar, aquí somos muy de eso. Cada uno explora lo que quiere, y vamos creciendo juntos.
