VLC Photonics is a dynamic international company and part of the Hitachi Group, based in Valencia. We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our growing Human Resources team and support our people-first culture.

🍊 What will you do?:

• Support employee relations, engagement initiatives, and HR communications.
• Assist with labor compliance, HR reporting, and audits.
• Manage benefits, leave tracking, and payroll coordination (external agency).
• Support recruitment processes and onboarding/offboarding.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.

🍊 What we are looking for:

• Degree in Human Resources or similar (preferred).
• Fluent English mandatory and Spanish required.
• Experience in HR administration, payroll, and recruitment (2 years +).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
• Good communication, teamwork, and proactive attitude.

🍊 Highly valued:

• Knowledge of Odoo or HR/ERP systems.
• Experience in R&D or innovation-driven environments.
• HR data analysis and reporting skills.
• Additional languages.
